I believe that it is vital we develop children’s thirst for knowledge, their confidence in themselves and a resilience to learn and develop as individuals. When I see happy children, who are excited by learning; children who have the ability to learn from their mistakes- I know we have done our best to achieve this and we can celebrate the children’s success.
I have been a staff governor since I took up the post of Deputy Head / Inclusion Manager at LDIN in September 2011. I have served on all of the committees am part of the Children and Learning Committee and the Resources Committee . I am passionate about inclusion and ensuring all children have the opportunity to be the be the best they can be.
